Requirements:
1. 5-10 years' experience in IT Operations with expertise in vendor management
2. Proven ability to build and maintain strategic vendor relationships
3. Skilled in managing vendor-related operational issues
4. Adept at monitoring vendor performance using SLAs and KPIs
5. Experienced in conducting service review meetings to enhance performance
6. Competent in ensuring consistent uptime across multiple locations
7. Proficient in identifying and addressing systemic issues
8. Capable of contributing to SIAM processes for seamless vendor integration
9. Effective in overseeing incident resolution and driving problem management
10. Experienced in approving and managing change activities
11. Skilled in implementing initiatives to enhance reliability and adopt best practices
Desirable Qualifications:
* Degree in IT Computer Science or related areas
* ITIL certification
