The primary goal of microbial limit testing is to determine the microbial content within pharmaceutical samples and assess whether it falls within acceptable limits defined by regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Determine microbial content in various sample types, including raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and environmental samples
* Apply specific MLT protocols tailored to each sample type's characteristics and potential microbial risks
* Conduct rigorous assessment and control of microbial contamination to ensure product safety and quality
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying various testing methods, including Plate Count Methods and Membrane Filtration. These methods involve inoculating samples onto culture media, incubating them under suitable conditions, and counting colonies to determine microbial load.
Our comprehensive approach ensures that all aspects of microbial limit testing are addressed, providing accurate results and reliable documentation. We believe in transparency and thoroughness, which is reflected in our detailed test reports and compliance with acceptance criteria.
