Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seek an Assistant Director of Nursing, for a Nursing Home in Ballytivnan, Sligo.
Eligible applicants are invited to apply-
· Registered Nurse on NMBI live register.
1. 3 years post-registration experience in a relevant field
2. Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
3. Clinical experience working in older persons care or nursing home care.
4. Working experience of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations .
5. Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and be eligible to work in Ireland.
6. Strong communication and listening skills.
7. An understanding of the Assisted Decision-Making process
8. Ability to work well as part of a care team.
9. Caring and compassionate and be passionate about providing high quality person-centred care.
10. Have a basic knowledge of IT systems such as excel spreadsheets.
11. Have a good understanding of applications for home supports and NHSS/Fair deal.
