We’re recruiting a Retail Area Manager to take ownership of a cluster of stores in the Munster / Mid-West region, offering autonomy, visibility, and the chance to build strong retail teams.
The Role
Lead and develop Store Managers across multiple locations
Drive sales, margins, KPIs, and retail standards
Champion customer experience and brand execution
Manage labour, costs, and overall performance
Deliver company strategy at regional level
About You
Experience as a Retail Area Manager / Regional Manager
Strong retail background (grocery, convenience, or similar)
Commercial, people-focused leadership style
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally
