Purpose of the Role
As a Trainee Business Manager at Windsor Airside Nissan & Peugeot, you'll develop the skills needed to drive profitable sales of finance and insurance products while supporting an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with the Dealership and Sales Managers, you'll learn to manage the full F&I sales process, mentor the sales team, and ensure compliance at every step.
This is a hands-on, training-supported role, offering exposure to multiple dealerships within the Windsor Motor Group.
Main Objectives & Responsibilities
* Support the sale of finance and insurance products using approved providers.
* Ensure sales executives are confident in presenting F&I options to customers.
* Train, coach, and support the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
* Maximise F&I opportunities by ensuring customer referrals quality from the sales team.
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive vehicle sales through prospecting and lead generation tools (e.g., Equity Manager).
* Ensure every sales quote includes a finance option as part of the CRM process.
* Work with the F&I Director to set and track monthly and annual income targets.
Performance Indicators
* Quality and volume of customer referrals
* Finance and product penetration rates
* Income per unit and return on financed balances
* Business placement and provider mix
* Sales executive F&I targets and monthly reviews
Operational Duties
* Accurately complete all documentation for GAP, SMART, Warranty, and other products.
* Participate in sales meetings with F&I updates and address any issues.
* Monitor online and email enquiries to capture all customer opportunities.
* Maintain accurate logs of vehicle sales to support monthly KPI reporting.
* Provide the F&I Director with regular updates (10-day, 20-day, and month-end reports).
* Revisit previous and existing customers to identify renewal and upsell opportunities.
* Track finance balances and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
* Ensure customers clearly understand all finance and insurance obligations.
* Stay informed on current offers, promotions, and point-of-sale materials.
* Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and insurance.
* Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a financial or retail sales environment is an advantage.
* APA/CDP accreditations are desirable but not essential (training provided).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Full Irish driver's licence required.
* Strong communication and time-management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Additional Info
* 39-hour work week (9am–6pm, with weekend work as needed)
* Schedule may vary depending on season and peak sales periods
