The RoleReporting to the Technical Support Leader, you will be responsible for the daily performance and coordination of theTechnical Support Team, including:MaintenanceTooling EngineeringCalibrationCAMYou will play a key role in ensuring production is fully supported from a technical perspective, prioritising activities, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate day-to-day activities across Maintenance and Tooling Engineering teamsAttend daily production meetings to align and prioritise technical support requirementsSupport and guide the Tooling Engineering team, including participation in weekly reviewsCoordinate repair, servicing, and installation of production equipmentLead technical problem-solving activities within productionSupport capital projects including installation and replacement of equipmentPartner with the Technical Support Leader to develop and execute annual maintenance plansSupport NPI activities including delivery of new fixtures and CAM programmesProvide clear leadership, direction, and feedback to the Technical Support teamPromote a proactive, customer-focused team culture What We're Looking ForQualifications & SkillsTechnical qualification in Engineering or MaintenanceStrong knowledge of maintenance principles and best practiceVery good understanding of CNC / CAD / CAMStrong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilityStructured approach to project managementEffective communication and reporting skillsExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in an engineering-intensive environmentPrevious experience working with Maintenance and/or CNC/CAD/CAM functionsProven track record of solving complex technical challengesDemonstrated ability to plan, organise, and prioritise effectivelyExcellent package and benefits on offerapplicants must be eligible to work in Ireland
