Sourcing Management
Contributes to Cardinal Health Global Sourcing by creating and managing diverse strategic supplier partnerships that drive enterprise value with innovation, best cost, and competitive advantages that benefit customers, suppliers, and patients.
Responsibilities:
* Purchasing Contract Management: Oversees the authorization, execution, and monitoring of purchasing contracts with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with local regulations.
* Collaborates with Irish Board of Directors to develop and implement procurement strategy and objectives.
* Collaborates closely with US team on maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Key Areas of Focus:
* Inventory Demand Planning: Participates in demand forecasting and inventory planning processes, optimizing stock levels and mitigating risks related to supply chain disruptions.
* Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Leads financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support both the Ireland team and US leadership.
* Vendor Management: Oversees vendor management, including impact of adjustments to accounts payables, and payments to vendors.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field.
* MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* 15+ years of proven experience in leadership roles with oversight of procurement, sourcing, financial planning & analysis, accounting.
