What You'll Do as a Store People and Culture Business Partner
Accountable for delivering the People & Culture Strategy and Purpose to all in-store colleagues.
Support recruitment and talent pipelines for future retail management roles.
Coach leaders to develop high-performing teams and deliver core learning programmes.
Champion Primark's culture, driving engagement, recognition and well-being initiatives.
Oversee performance review cycles, coaching managers on feedback and goal setting.
Advise and coach on people policies, ER cases and compliance, fostering inclusive work environment.
Align local P&C activity to global strategy, supporting change initiatives and ensuring business impact.
Analyse people data and KPIs to guide decisions, track progress and inform strategy.
Ensure smooth payroll operations and compliance with policies and employment law.
What You'll Bring
HR experience 2+ years at HR Manager/Officer level.
Professional HR qualification desirable.
Experience in coaching and influencing leaders.
Strong consultative skills and clear persuasive communication.
Knowledge of employment legislation, works councils, unions (country specific).
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial acumen.
Delivery / facilitation skills.
Experience in Talent, Performance and Change Management.
Retail sector or high colleague headcount customer facing experience.
