Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and maintain packaging automation systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
* Review and approve software standards ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with engineering and operations departments on design decisions.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to support packaging operations effectively.
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures for automation systems.
* Ensure new software meets compliance and qualification standards.
* Support validation activities throughout the process.
* Participate in cross-functional teams to optimize processes and equipment.
* Train personnel on automation aspects of equipment.
* Design and implement automation solutions according to site change control procedures.
* Review and approve design documentation for New Product Introductions (NPI).
