Project Cost Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Project Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project development and implementation process, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
About the Role:
* Financial Management: Provide accurate budget forecasts and advise on cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
* Contractual Management: Monitor project expenditure, variations, and value engineering opportunities to maximise cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
* Tender Reviews: Carry out commercial reviews of tenders prior to submission for engineering projects.
* Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contract documentation in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Monitor Project Expenditure: Monitor project expenditure, variations, and value engineering opportunities to maximise cost efficiency.
3. Carry Out Commercial Reviews: Carry out commercial reviews of tenders prior to submission for engineering projects.
Requirements:
* Degree: Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
* Experience: 5-10 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role or similar, ideally within a similar industry.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of contract frameworks (e.g. NEC, FIDIC or equivalent).
