Brand Partnerships Manager
Kraken is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Brand Partnerships, you will manage relationships with global brand partners, develop partnership strategies, lead activations, campaigns, experiences, and more. You will work closely with all marketing functions—including Brand, Social, Events, Growth, Creative, Managed Accounts, Product, and other departments—to execute partnership activations and measure impact. This role is key to driving the long‑term growth of the Kraken brand and product suite.
Responsibilities
Execute brand partnership initiatives that support Kraken’s mission and drive brand awareness and product adoption.
Lead day‑to‑day partnership management across key partners (e.g., Atlassian, Williams F1).
Support cross‑functional partnership initiatives while building, maintaining, and growing strong relationships with internal and external teams.
Collaborate with the Global Head of Brand Partnerships and Director to support the partner management lifecycle: evaluating opportunities, ideating and executing initiatives, assessing value and impact, budgeting, implementation, and optimization.
Align Kraken business priorities, brand marketing objectives, and key messages across partnerships.
Coordinate and support pre‑activation promotion, on‑the‑day activities, and post‑activation follow‑up.
Collaborate cross‑functionally on event logistics, content/asset development, and communication.
Demonstrate partnership effectiveness through data collection and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
6+ years of brand partnerships management, strategy, planning, and execution experience, preferably in digital assets or financial services.
Strong time‑management, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; flexibility and professional confidence.
Proven ability to handle multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience leading and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders across functions.
Experience in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment with the ability to pivot to market needs.
Experience in creator, gaming, sports, art, music, or fashion partnerships is a plus.
Strong knowledge and passion for the crypto industry.
Strategic instincts and good judgment in ambiguous situations.
Ability to travel 20%+ of the time, domestically and internationally.
Enjoy working cross‑functionally to deliver results through partnerships.
Ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, both internally and externally.
