Job Description
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our Energy Management System (EnMS) to the ISO 50001 Standard and delivering our regulatory energy targets. This involves monitoring and recording monthly energy data for our Buildings portfolio and yellow vehicle fleet, preparing monthly energy performance reports, and coordinating submissions into our regulatory energy reporting system.
Main Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and recording monthly energy data for our Buildings portfolio and yellow vehicle fleet
* Preparing monthly energy performance reports and coordinating submissions into our regulatory energy reporting system
* Liaising with business units to develop an energy objectives programme, setting performance targets, and implementing a delivery plan and KPIs
* Coordinating quarterly meetings for the Energy Management Team, advising on regular reporting and proposals for improvements
* Conducting internal audits of the EnMS, reviewing findings, and documenting non-conformities and opportunities for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in environmental, energy management, sustainability, or similar roles
* Excellent influencing, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
* Proficient in MS Excel and the MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
* Knowledge and experience of Energy Management Systems and/or Environmental Management
