A Large Law Firm in Dublin 2 has a vacancy for a Funds Company Secretary.
The ideal candidate with have 2-3 years' experience in a Company Secretarial role and will be Grad ICSA / CGI qualified or ideally fully qualified.
The Company Secretary provides a full range of services to clients including incorporation services, corporate governance advice, ongoing attendance at board and shareholder meetings, statutory compliance and all associated drafting of notices, agendas, minutes and filings.
Clients will include listed companies.

Salary:to €60k depending on experience Benefits:Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Hybrid Working (3/4 days in office)Life Assurance, Income Protection, 25 days Annual Leave + 3 Company Days Total Package:Worth up to €85k The Role: Arrange and attend all directors and shareholders meetings.
Preparation of minutes, resolutions and associated documentation.
Arrange for notarising and legalisation of documents.
Administration of a portfolio of companies and partnerships, including in relation to corporate records, filings, anti-money laundering documentation and billing.
Liaising with the Registrar of Companies in connection with routine corporate administrative/regulatory matters.
Ensuring that the statutory records and corporate documents of each client are maintained in accordance with law and internal policies and procedures.
Preparation of documentation and correspondence.
Obtaining AML/CFT documentation from clients and intermediaries.
Maintaining Register of beneficial ownerships for client companies to include all associated filings.
Frequent client contact via email and telephone.
The Candidate: Part or Fully Qualified CGI / ICSA.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Company Secretary.
Experience in Funds, Knowledge of UCITS a PLUS.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work on your own initiative as required and also as part of a team.
