Restaurant Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Dublin.
* The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a busy 4/5* luxury hotel.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work 40 hours a week in Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To promote excellent customer service and train staff to meet high standards.
2. To anticipate client needs and enhance quality service, improving client satisfaction.
3. To assist management in maintaining effective communication within the team and attend meetings when required.
4. To create an environment that promotes staff morale and encourages employees to take pride in their work.
5. To address development needs identified from appraisals with management and maximize strengths.
6. To positively promote sales awareness within established standards.
7. To control operating costs within the hotel and identify/report hazards or maintenance requirements.
8. To comply with statutory and legal requirements for fires, health and safety, licensing, and employment.
9. To ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for the following shift and report any issues to the Bar/Food & Beverage Manager.
