Our regulated client in Sligo is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead site HR strategy and partner closely with leadership to drive engagement, performance, and inclusion. The role covers employee relations, leadership coaching, compliance with Irish employment law, change management, and delivery of key people initiatives aligned to business goals.
You will bring strong HRBP/Generalist experience, a proven track record in employee relations and leadership development, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for supporting a dynamic, growth-focused organisation. CIPD membership desirable.
