The Health Services Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of healthcare services, supporting both clinical and administrative teams to provide high-quality patient care.
* Oversees daily operational functions of healthcare facilities
* Manages staff rotas, reception operations and workflow coordination
* SUPPORTS AND MAINTAINS PATIENT APPOINTMENT SYSTEMS, TRIAGE PROCESSES AND CLINIC SCHEDULES
* Ensures governance, compliance and record-keeping standards are maintained to current guidelines
* Coordinates financial administration including invoicing, claims processing and payroll support
* Liaises with medical professionals, nurses, allied health colleagues and external service providers
* Supports implementation of quality improvement initiatives and healthcare development projects
* Contributes to a positive, professional and patient-centred environment
