This is a leadership position in our Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Therapies teams.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and develop a team of project managers based in Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic direction and support to the project management team
* Develop and implement plans to drive business outcomes and meet customer needs
* Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication
* Coach and develop team members to achieve their career goals and enhance their skills
Requirements:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in project or program management, preferably in a regulated industry
* A Level 8 Honors Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
* Prior experience in people management and leadership is desirable
