Position: Business Analyst
Location: Dublin
Overview
This position requires a highly analytical Business Analyst with experience working on HR systems. The ideal candidate will be confident leading workshops, gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders across different functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead business analysis efforts across full project lifecycle
2. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs
3. Conduct root cause analysis and translate requirements into clear solution designs
4. Produce Business Requirement Specifications and related documentation
5. Map existing ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") processes
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients
7. Track benefit realization and support solution implementation
Requirements
8. Proven business analysis experience with HRIS platforms
9. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
11. Experience with process mapping and technical specification development
12. Familiarity with agile project environments is an advantage
