Major Incident Management Role Overview
This role is responsible for protecting service availability through effective execution of the enterprise Major Incident Management process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Protect service availability by implementing and executing the Major Incident Management process.
* Manage, monitor, report, and execute the Major Incident Management Process to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Respond promptly to early symptoms and major incidents, coordinate response efforts, and perform internal stakeholder communication to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
Experience and Skills
* 4+ years of major incident management experience in an enterprise environment with a proven track record of successful execution.
* Proven ability to partner with global technology and business stakeholders to implement and execute processes effectively.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams through crisis situations and achieve desired outcomes.
* 8+ years of application and infrastructure technology operations experience in a Hybrid environment with strong technical expertise.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with a focus on software development, networking, or cybersecurity.
* Engineering DevOps/SRE experience is highly desirable.
