Little Acorns is a purpose-built service, with a large outdoor area, just outside Headford 12 miles from Galway City.
The successful candidate must hold a minimum QQI level 5/6 Early Years and have preferably two years of experience working with school aged children.
The first position is Part-Time Monday to Friday, 17.5 hours per week, 2.30pm to 6pm and the second position is Part-Time, 3 days, 17.5 hours per week, 2.30pm to 6pm. The salary scale is as follows QQI level 5 €16 per hour, QQI level 6 €17 per hour. BA Level 7/8 €18.50 per hour.

Minimum QQI Level 5 Early Years/ Childcare is Essential
Minimum Of two years Experience working in the childcare sector is desirable.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Fluent English
* The ability to be a team player and to work on own initiative.
Own transport is not a necessity but is advisable due to our location.
