The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations from 1st fix to handover, reporting to the Contracts Manager and coordinating with site team members and sub-contractors.The role requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high standards. A carpentry background is preferable. The position offers a salary range of €75K - €80K plus a package.
