About Your New Job As a Payroll Specialist you will: Managing a portfolio of clients with weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll processes. Calculating net pay for all employees and taxes due to Revenue, considering variable pay including all additions and deductions as required. Filing and paying monthly payroll submissions. Carrying out payroll reconciliations using Excel. Providing friendly and accurate support to clients for any payroll-related matters. Keeping up-to-date with legislative changes regarding employment, taxation, and social welfare as it impacts payroll. Handling other ad hoc tasks as required. Reporting to the payroll manager. Skills Required For This Job: As a payroll specialist/administrator you will need: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in payroll. Ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. IPASS Payroll qualification is desirable. Whats on Offer Salary up to €45,000 4-day work week. Flexible working hours.
