Marketing & Reservations Executive - OSC group, Wicklow.
We're looking for a highly organised, creative, and people-focused Marketing & Reservations Executive to join our team. Our company consists of two busy pubs in Wicklow Town and a role has come up on the Management team. This role is ideal for someone who not only has a flair for creating content but also someone who is organized and comfortable in sales.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing reservations and function enquiries while also driving our marketing output across digital and in-house channels. This is a hands-on role with real influence over how the business presents itself and fills its spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Reservations & Events
* Manage all reservations and group bookings (phone, email, online platforms)
* Handle function and private event enquiries from first contact to confirmation
* Coordinate with management and floor teams to ensure smooth event delivery
* Maintain accurate booking records and follow-ups
Marketing & Promotion
* Plan and schedule social media content (events, food, drinks, promotions)
* Create marketing materials for in-house screens, posters, and online platforms
* Promote live music, DJ nights, seasonal events, and private hire
* Assist with influencer collaborations, giveaways, and local partnerships
* Ensure brand tone and visual identity are consistent across all channels
Customer Experience
* Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for guests
* Upsell private spaces, packages, and events where appropriate
* Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve guest experience
What We're Looking For
* Experience in hospitality, marketing, events, or reservations (preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident using social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Professional phone manner and excellent customer service skills
* A genuine interest in food, drink, and local hospitality culture
