Town Planner / Senior Town Planner
Location: Dublin (Can be based in the Belfast office with occasional travel to Dublin).

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Town Planner or Senior town Planner to join the Dublin office.
Applicants should hold an IPI or RTPI-accredited degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning and have at least 2 years experience. The role is based in the Dublin office, with flexible hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities
Manage planning projects and contribute to the coordination of applications and appeals
Prepare planning appraisals, development plan submissions, and related reports
Conduct planning research and analysis
Support a wide range of planning consultancy activities across multiple sectorsAbout You
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, commercially aware, and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Skills
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong planning and organisational abilities
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
