Key Responsibilities Lead initiatives to improve data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the organisation. Develop and maintain data quality standards, controls, and monitoring processes. Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive remediation activities. Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement data improvement initiatives. Support data governance, reporting, and continuous improvement programmes. Produce KPI reporting and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. Requirements Significant experience in data quality, data governance, data management, or a related field. Strong understanding of data quality principles, governance, and best practices. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused outcomes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis, reporting, or data management tools is desirable (e.g., SQL, BI platforms, cloud data technologies).
