 
        
        We have an exciting opportunity to join our Cork City based client as an HR Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be the go-to person for all things HR Admin related, helping to keep the team supported across recruitment, records, policy updates, and HR Processes.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and assessments for new hires.
 2. Managing HR data, records, and systems with accuracy.
 3. Supporting the HR team with everything from policy updates to benefits administration.
 4. Helping to roll out HR initiatives around learning, development, and employee engagement.
 5. Providing clear, practical advice to managers and employees on HR processes.
 6. Preparing key insights and reports on HR metrics including turnover and absence.
 7. Keeping company documentation up to date.
 8. Assisting with team projects and new HR system improvements.
Requirements:
 9. 3 years' plus experience in an HR role.
 10. Level 8 degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
 11. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
 12. Experience with HR software and MS Office, including Excel.
 13. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn fast, and take initiative.
