Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Manager

The role of the Food and Beverage Operations Manager is a key leadership position that oversees all aspects of food and beverage operations within the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving operational and financial goals, and delivering consistently high levels of guest service.
Duties:
* Lead and manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, and events.
* Deliver consistently high levels of guest service and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
* Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, ensuring team motivation and adherence to service standards.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to enhance menus and service offerings.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase revenue, efficiency, and guest experience.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Food and Beverage management role within a hotel or resort environment.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and service delivery.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
