Job Description
The Tender Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing business opportunities that align with our company's goals. This involves monitoring tender sites, collaborating with contracts managers and sales teams to evaluate suitable opportunities, and maintaining an up-to-date database of identified, tendered, quoted, and won/lost opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling tenders and framework submissions while supporting the preparation of sales proposals. They will also need to ensure timely submission of all tender documents by coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders.
