You'll work closely with an experienced Technical Manager and gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of technical management – the perfect stepping stone for someone ready to progress their career.What's on OfferA competitive salary of €55,000–€60,000, depending on experienceMonday–Friday schedule – no weekend workCareer progression within a rapidly growing and supportive companyThe chance to learn directly from senior technical leaders in a high-performing teamA culture that values collaboration, development, and innovationWhat You'll Be DoingSupporting the Technical Manager in maintaining the company's Food Safety Management System, including HACCP.Working cross-functionally to ensure food safety, quality, and compliance are achieved to the highest standard.Participating in HACCP/TACCP teams and assisting with internal, third-party, and customer audits (BRCGS experience highly valued).Leading investigations into customer complaints and implementing effective corrective actions.Carrying out internal audits, risk assessments, and system reviews to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.Providing technical guidance and supporting site-wide improvement projects.Reporting on audit results and quality trends to drive performance and best practice.What You'll BringA degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field .Proven experience in a technical or food safety role within food manufacturing.Strong understanding of EU & UK food legislation and compliance standards.Hands-on experience with customer and third-party audits (BRCGS preferred) .Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills .IT-proficient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .Why This Role?This isn't just another technical role – it's your chance to be part of a company that'sgrowing fast, values its people, and provides genuine opportunities to advance your career.
