Role DescriptionThis role is for a Virtual Assistant – Data Entry responsible for supporting daily operations through accurate data input, organization, and administrative assistance. In this position, you will help maintain data integrity, ensure information is properly recorded, and support teams by handling routine but essential data-related tasks.As a Virtual Assistant – Data Entry, you will work with various digital tools, spreadsheets, and systems to enter, update, and manage information. You will assist in organizing records, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring that files and databases remain up to date and well-structured.Key responsibilities include entering data from different sources, reviewing information for errors or inconsistencies, and formatting data according to guidelines. You may also assist with basic administrative tasks such as file management, document preparation, and responding to simple data-related requests.You will collaborate remotely with team members to support workflows and meet deadlines.
