Responsibilities:
* Partner with the CFO and executive leadership team to support long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and governance.
* Collaborate with FP&A and commercial teams to unlock insights, track performance, and support strategic investments.
* Lead preparation for CSRD and ESG disclosure requirements, integrating financial and non-financial data.
* Lead the company's treasury function, managing cash flow, banking relationships, FX exposure, and hedging strategies.
* Oversee all aspects of group-level reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance.
Experience:
* ACA/ACCA-qualified (or equivalent), with 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles.
* Proven track record in financial reporting, tax, treasury, and governance.
* Experience in high-growth, multinational, or regulated environments.
* Strong communicator and strategic thinker with a commercial edge.
* ERP/reporting systems experience (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
