Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Development Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed team in delivering high-quality, enterprise-level SaaS solutions. The candidate should have a proven track record in managing complex SaaS projects, demonstrate strong technical competence, influence architecture and design, and be metric-driven with a process-oriented development philosophy focused on software quality.
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple teams of talented software engineers, working closely with Product Managers, Architects, and DevOps to deliver value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead people, processes, and metrics to deliver high-quality SaaS applications.
* Partner with Product Management to ensure clear backlogs.
* Balance priorities to deliver features, resolve defects, and manage technical debt.
* Recruit, develop, and motivate engineering teams across locations.
* Use data to measure impact and optimize processes.
* Ensure timely delivery of quality results within project deadlines.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
* 10+ years managing software development projects.
* 5+ years in hands-on leadership of complex projects with global dependencies.
* Experience managing teams and developing complex software with international stakeholders.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, balancing customer requirements with product schedules.
* Experience in software quality, test automation, agile development, continuous integration/deployment, and SaaS strategies.
* Familiarity with DevOps processes.
