Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with solid technical knowledge to take on a hybrid role involving administrative tasks and factory floor responsibilities. The successful candidate will be ideal for someone looking to broaden their engineering experience in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase orders for factory materials and consumables
* Create and manage factory documentation, including SOPS (Standard Operating Procedures), Training Records, and Job Cards, within a paperless operation environment
* Other general technical office duties
Requirements:
* IT skills with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Microsoft Operating Systems, and general hardware understanding
* Ability to work with initiative and demonstrate problem-solving skills
* Valid UK driving license
Desirable Criteria:
* Engineering qualification or similar
* Knowledge of LEAN processes
* Experience in the engineering sector
