Key Role: Business Development Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive individual to lead our business development efforts. This role presents a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and shaping sales strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a business development plan that expands our reach into new markets. Responsibilities:
* Develop and roll out a business development plan to expand into new markets
* Spot and pursue new opportunities and partnerships
* Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, from first contact to signed contract
* Work with internal teams to tailor our solutions for different sectors
* Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities
* Report on pipeline progress and market insights
* Help shape our sales tools and processes as we grow
