The post of Deputy Manager is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential care home, ensuring that we provide a safe and supportive environment for young people in our care.
You will work closely with your manager to develop and implement plans that promote positive outcomes for young people, while also contributing to the development of our service as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the Children's Home on a daily basis;
* Deliver a high quality, integrated approach that enables young people placed in Orchard Residential Care achieve positive outcomes;
* Work proactively with your manager to contribute to optimum delivery and development of Orchard Residential Care;
