As a key player in our Sales & Marketing team, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and forge lasting client relationships.
The Opportunity
* Pursue new business opportunities and nurture strategic partnerships
* Develop and maintain strong connections with corporate clients, agents, tour operators, and event organisers
* Create tailored proposals and deliver compelling presentations
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions
* Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotions
Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline reports. We're looking for someone who brings:
* At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role (hospitality background an asset)
* Familiarity with the Irish and UK corporate, MICE, or tourism sectors - or a strong willingness to learn
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* A proactive, commercially astute, and results-driven mindset
* A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
