About the Role
We are hiring a Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead roofing and construction projects across Cork and the Munster region.
You'll be responsible for planning, execution, health & safety, budget control, and people management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage roofing and construction projects from start to finish.
Prepare project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Lead client communication, reporting, and project handover.
Resolve technical issues and oversee quality control.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Previous experience as a Project Engineer / Project Manager in construction.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.
Excellent project planning, budgeting, and organisational skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
