to join its Dublin-based
corporate advisory
team. The role is p
rimarily economics-focused
, with opportunities to collaborate across broader corporate finance and advisory functions within the sustainable development sector.
The organisation has an international footprint and is expanding its economic advisory offering, particularly across public investment, infrastructure, and policy evaluation.
Key Skills & Requirements
Experience in the following areas is
essential
:
* Business case development
* Public investment appraisal
* Economic Impact Assessment (EIA)
* Policy evaluation
* Strong understanding of economic and financial concepts
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, practical advice
* Economic research & analysis
* Data analysis and modelling
* Exposure to sectors such as transport, energy, health, housing, education, or utilities is ideal
* Experience building or analysing quantitative models
* Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity
* Hold a Level 9/ MSc in Economics or a related field
Experience in advisory or in a financial/professional services background is preferred, but not essential.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing strategic assessments, business cases, feasibility studies, and grant applications for infrastructure projects
* Conducting economic research and analysis
* Supporting other advisory teams with policy or strategic insights
* Undertaking financial and economic modelling
* Contributing to business development (tenders, proposals, pitches)
* Building and maintaining client relationships
