We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume a pivotal role in our Galway office, focusing on recruitment and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the recruitment team.
* Ensure seamless end-to-end administrative support and guidance to customers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
* Update and maintain candidate and recruitment information.
* Establish effective communication channels with various stakeholders within the organisation.
* Contribute to marketing-related activities to enhance our presence.
* Coordinate interviews for large-scale recruitment drives.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification and/or relevant experience are essential.
* Exceptional administrative and organisational skills are required.
* Experience working in a customer service environment is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in recruitment (not essential) would be advantageous.
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
* Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a dynamic team.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite, with the capacity to learn new systems efficiently.
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling candidate information and documentation.
