Team: SAP practice experiencing growth; focus on SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, IBP, SUCCESSFACTORS, Concur, GTS, SCP, Analytics, and other new SAP solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate design workshops to gather client industry and business requirements.
Design and configure best‑practice solutions, including master data, order management integration, planning profiles, carrier selection, financial integration, and support for integrations with other SAP modules.
Produce key project deliverables: design and configuration documentation, functional specifications, data migration specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
Support data migration, integration testing, UAT, and performance testing.
Learn and apply accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY's Pre‑Configured Industry Solutions.
Manage client projects through all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise‑Build, Realise‑Test, Deploy.
Share best‑practice knowledge and develop team members.
Support SAP practice development, sales activities, and client events.

To qualify for the role you must have:
Third‑level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience.
7+ years delivering SAP Transportation Management, including at least 2 years in a consulting role.
Experience with SAP Logistics S/4 HANA best‑practice processes.
Proven experience designing and configuring SAP TM and integrating with third‑party systems.
Track record of delivering SAP TM solutions either embedded or standalone.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivating team skills.
Ability to build and leverage relationships with senior‑level clients.
Ideally, you'll also have:
Relevant SAP certifications in Transportation Management or related modules.
