Requirements
* Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling cash and financial transactions accurately.
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
* Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising, ability to train and develop staff.
