About the Role: * This is an execution-led scientific role, not a scale-up management position, with a strong emphasis on scientific ownership of IND-enabling and early clinical readiness activities from preclinical phase. * The successful candidate will have personal experience leading IND-enabling translational decisions and be comfortable operating with high autonomy in a resource-efficient environment.
