**Job Title:** Senior Hospitality Consultant
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our hospitality team. As Division Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of our Hospitality Temps division, managing consultants and ensuring high-performance workforce delivery.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key healthcare and hospital clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and site visits.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, healthcare, or recruitment, with at least 2 years of senior/management experience. You will be able to motivate and lead large-scale temporary teams, leveraging your leadership skills to drive business growth and client expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commercial mindset and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM, rostering platforms, Microsoft Office, and recruitment systems is required.
