We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our hospitality team in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Assist with rostering and staff management
* Engage with guests and act on feedback to improve the customer experience
* Update SOPs and train team members
* Support the Restaurant Manager in departmental projects and initiatives
* Motivate a positive work environment
Requirements include excellent communication skills, self-motivation, passion for hospitality, flexibility, strong interpersonal, leadership, time management, and organisational skills.
