Job Description:
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for motivated, tech-savvy professionals with a strong interest in working on large commercial property transactions and/or in the renewable energy sector.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer, who will act for multiple clients, including renewable energy developers and private individuals. Key responsibilities include investigating titles for commercial lending transactions and drafting/completing deeds of lease or wayleave agreements.
* Liaising closely with business partners whilst also cultivating effective communication skills that benefit the team's overall output!
