Our client, a market-leading Irish educational publisher are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Finance Manager/ Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a unique opportunity for a qualified accountant to gain broad, senior-level experience with a clearly defined pathway to CFO succession. Key Responsibilities: Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts for group entities Lead financial modelling and strategic analysis to support decision-making across markets Oversee cost accounting, royalties, and rights management processes Drive process automation, system enhancements, and financial controls Support strategic initiatives including market expansion and digital transformation Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-departmental projects Ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional accounting and reporting standards Minimum Requirements: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5-7 years' experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting expertise Advanced Excel and ERP system skills Proven ability to influence at senior level and deliver commercial insights Knowledge of publishing or education sectors (advantageous) Skills: management accounts analysis budgeting forecasting financial modelling Benefits: Work From Home
