Description
We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for our new Mallow store, which is expected to open around Easter.
Initial training will take place in one of our other locations, so applicants must have transportation to facilitate onboarding.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and effective performance
Drive revenue and manage costs while creating a culture based on high-quality pet care and exceptional customer service
Lead and develop the store team with a focus on growth, engagement and training
Ensure adherence to store processes and guidelines; optimise efficiency and decision-making
Maintain product availability, implement planograms and manage inventory accurately
Drive customer engagement by leading by example and delivering exemplary service
Uphold brand integrity and animal welfare in all store activities

Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
Proven track record in achieving KPIs
Strong leadership skills and business acumen

Operational Store Excellence
- Ensure adherence to store processes and guidelines; optimise efficiency and decision-making
Operational Store Analytics
- Achieve company KPIs, cash & stock management, and control store personnel costs and sales performance

Merchandise and Inventory
- Ensure product availability, implement planograms and accurate inventory management
