Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth operation of the front office, including checking-in and out guests, handling room assignments and key cards
* Supervise front office staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed
* Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records, including guest information, room occupancy rates, and financial transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a front office management role in a hotel or hospitality setting
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong organizational and time management skills
