This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate environment and is passionate about providing exceptional administrative and front-of-house support.The OpportunityAs theAdministrator / Team Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for the Dublin office. Working closely with the Office Manager and Senior Executive Assistant, you will ensure a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the team with a variety of administrative responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house experienceManage meeting rooms, bookings, and video conferencing setupKeep kitchen, stationary areas, and bathrooms stocked and tidyCoordinate travel bookings via external travel agencyPrepare and submit expense claims using ConcurSupport with document execution and obtaining signaturesOrder kitchen supplies and general office materialsOrganize catering for meetings and eventsCoordinate post, courier services, and building access passesAssist with onboarding/offboarding processesMaintain internal office logs (couriers, pass loans, etc.)Post updates and internal communications via Microsoft TeamsProvide general administrative support to the wider Dublin teamTake on additional tasks and small projects as requiredWhat We're Looking For2–3 years' experience in a similar administrative or reception role, ideally in a global corporate environmentProactive and adaptable team player who takes initiative and ownershipExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailDiscreet, dependable, and able to handle confidential informationConfident in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)Experience with Concur or similar expense software is a plusAdditional InformationLocation: Dublin (fully onsite; hybrid option available after 6 months)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMSalary: €40,000 – €50,000 (depending on experience)Benefits: Bonus and excellent benefits packageHow to ApplyPlease send your CV toRichard Minchinaton theLex Consultancyteam
