A seasoned Senior BIM Engineer is sought by a leading Building Contractor to join their award-winning team on key projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the Digital Project Delivery (DPD) team and support project teams with developing, managing and delivering multi-disciplinary BIM standards & digital strategy.

* Provide technical expertise and leadership to implement, develop and manage a successful BIM process from Precontract all the way through the project delivery and handover.
* Support the pre-construction team with the review of received tender documents to identify clients' BIM and digital requirements.
* Provide technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, detection, logistics and cost management.
* Support the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and ensure internal project team and parties are fully aware of their responsibilities.
* Work with planning team to develop, coordinate and deliver 4D BIM model.
* Develop and coordinate visualizations and interactive 3D Models.
* Lead the DPD kick-off meeting with the project team to review and finalize the DPD strategy.

Requirements
">
* Degree qualified in construction, computing or related discipline.
* 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience with Navisworks, Lumion and other rendering software packages.
* Team player.
